As an academic honor society, Omicron Delta Epsilon seeks to encourage excellence in economics. To that end, DePaul’s chapter of ODE is sponsoring a student paper competition with the top three papers receiving prizes of $500, $250, and $100. Any paper (of at least 5 pages) written for an economics class during the 2008-09 academic year is eligible for consideration.
To submit a paper, please fill out the
submission form and deliver it along with a clean copy of the paper (no grades or comments) to the Economics Department (DPC 6200) by late May, 2009. (The exact date for the submission deadline is forthcoming) Papers may be submitted at any time up until the May deadline. Please remove your name from the paper and include your ID number instead. Winners will be contacted in advance and announced publicly at the end-of-the-year celebration in June.
